Collect Account Shipping (UPS/DHL/FedEx)
You may use your own UPS, DHL, or FedEx account for delivery. Please provide your carrier and account details when placing your order.
HazMat Fee
A HazMat fee applies per item when shipping dangerous goods. The fee will be charged to your UPS/DHL/FedEx collect account or added to the invoice unless the package is shipped via Ground service. Ship by air in Excepted Quantity (each bottle): up to 1g/1mL for class 6.1 packing group I or II, and up to 25g/25mL for all other HazMat items.
No dangerous goods shipping to: India, Saudi Arabia, Poland, Chile, Egypt, Kazakhstan, and Oman.

Shipping Policy
Freight & Bulk Shipments
For large-quantity or bulk orders, we ship via freight carriers including FedEx Freight and third-party freight forwarders. Our team will arrange the most cost-effective freight option based on your order size and destination. Please contact us for a freight quote.
Shipping Terms
- All products are sold Ex Works (EXW). Shipping, packing, and insurance charges are additional.
- Title and risk pass to the buyer at our facility gate.
- Certain products require ice pack shipping at a flat rate of $100.00 per shipment. If your order requires ice packs, please factor in 2–3 days of cooling time, especially before holidays.
- Please allow adequate lead time when placing orders, particularly for custom or bulk quantities.
- Any applicable taxes, duties, or government fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Processing
After you place an order, our team will review it and confirm the total including shipping and lead time to ship. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.
Return Policy
Non-Conforming or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is non-conforming, damaged, or does not match your order, you must notify us within 30 days of the invoice date. After determination of non-conformance, we will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
General Returns
Due to the nature of chemical products, we do not accept returns on conforming products. Products, empty packaging, and waste may not be returned without our prior written acceptance. All returns and disposals must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at sales@chemuniverse.com within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to Illinois only. Buyers in other states are responsible for filing and remitting applicable use taxes to their respective jurisdictions. Resellers with valid resale certificates are exempt—please provide your certificate at the time of order.

Payment is due in full by the date stated on the invoice. Past due invoices are subject to a finance charge of 12% per annum.
